The use of chocolate has been found to be a good safe cure for emotional stress in a recent clinical trial.  The trial found that eating about an ounce and a half of dark chocolate a day for two weeks reduced levels of stress hormones. Cocoa has antioxidants that your body needs to cope with stress.

So if your feeling a little stress out or depressed this season, have a few bites of organic dark chocolate or a cup of hot chocolate made from dark cocoa powder, to make your season bright!
